Article Text: Louisville, Ky., July 10.--A feud over a blow, alleged to have felled his cripple brother, more than two weeks ago, resulted late today in the killing of Oscar STURDIVANT, 27 years old member of the firm of Sturdivant and Sons tinners. Hubert BADGETT taxi driver, is being sought by the police as his slayer. STURDIVANT was stabbed to death near the Tenth street station of Broadway. Several hundred persons saw BADGETT wield a knife and then jump on the running board of his brother's automobile and disappear west on Broadway, pursued by policemen and taxicab drivers. Fred BADGETT, the brother, was arrested later on a charge of aiding and abetting a felon to escape and was held under bond of $10,000. According to J. L. STURDIVANT the father of the slain man, Hubert BADGETT struck Jesse STURDIVANT, crippled brother of the slain man, several weeks ago and Oscar STURDIVANT swore to a warrant for his arrest in Magistrate VOGT's court.
