Article Text: Winchester, Ky., July 16.--Mrs. Frances BROWN, 75 years old, died at her home near Ford, Ky., this morning at five o'clock. She is survived by her husband, J. A. BROWN and nine children, five sons and four daughters. Announcement of the hour for the funeral has not been made, but burial will take place in the Winchester cemetery.
