Article Text: Circuit Court Judge Richard C. STOLL yesterday issued an order restraining and enjoining Earl UMSTEAD from interfering with or communicating with his wife, Lydia UMSTEAD, and from disposing of any of his property or from taking the children by the marriage from the care of Mrs. UMSTEAD.
