Article Text: Circuit Judge I. H. GOODNIGHT, died at his home in Franklin, Simpson county, Wednesday afternoon. The burial will take place today at 5:30 o'clock p.m. Judge GOODNIGHT was born in Allen County January 31, 1849. He removed to Franklin in 1870. Two years later he graduated from Cumberland University, Lebanon, Tenn., and in 1874 commenced practicing law in Franklin. In 1889 he was elected to Congress, serving for six years when he was elected Judge of the Seventh Kentucky Circuit Court.
