He Was Among Kentucky's Prominent Lawyers. Article Text: Judge W. R. ROSS, aged 75 of Carlisle, died at the Good Samaritan Hospital at 7:30 o'clock last night. He was among the most prominent attorneys of Kentucky and was county judge for a number of years. He leaves a widow and several children, among whom is Attorney H. E. ROSS, of Lexington. The body will be taken to Carlisle Monday and the burial will occur Tuesday.
