Article Text: Lawrenceburg, Ky., May 19.--While riding a "sore mouth" horse over his farm this morning County Judge James I. FELIX met with a serious accident. Jerking on the bridle reins caused the animal to rear and fall back on the Judge, breaking one of his pelvic bones, badly bruising the hip joint and perhaps hurting him internally. He lay for half an hour before any one found him. Drs. G. W. KAVANAUGH and G. D. LILLARD were summoned and did all possible to relieve his suffering.
