MULLEN's home is at Birdseye, Ind. Recently his wife returned to her people at Springfield, and MULLEN went there to-day declaring he would force her to live with him. John and Robert MOORE, her brothers, barricaded themselves in the house and MULLEN attacked them by firing on them. They answered and in the fusilade which followed Robert MOORE was shot several times.
