I will try to address some here. As far as the name and location; Grandview Cemetery in Brekenridge Co. Also origenally known as the Kasey Family Cemetery It is very far from the city so it doesn't fall under E-towns jurisdiction. The KY State Police patrol the area as they can. I was co-founder of the paranormal research group Kentucky Society for Ghost Research and the indevidual that coordinated a volunteer clean up at the cemetery a few years back. We logged all readable inscriptions and posted them on findagrave.com as well as contacting the county archives to compare listings. We are also in contact with some of the decendants of the Kasey family burried there and have made several follow up visits to fix broken headstones. Durring the clean up we included media such as WAVE 3 news, FOX 41 news and the Courier Journal to help spread the word of the cemeteries plight and others like it. As far as "satanic" rites being preformed there have been several groups seen out there but from what I've been told the cerimonies are not done as they were supposed to be and it apears that the violators are just wanna-bes or kids out for a thrill. When ever we go out there we first contact the State Police to let them know we will be in the area, and we log license plates of anyone that arives and turn it in to the State Police for future reference. I know it's not much but it is a start. Some of the "neighbors" though few and far between in the rural area occasionally patrol as well. I am not related to those buried there but I treat it as if I were. This is what I would hope someone would do for my ancestors.
