Dear Researcher, I think you are looking in the wrong place for OWENS CHAPEL Cemetery...Paducah is in McCracken Co., Ky and the only Owens Chapel Cemetery known to me in the Purchase district of West Kentucky is Owens Chapel Cemetery in Graves County. It is in the extreme northwest corner of the county. I have two nephew's buried there. They are Randall Wyatt Mathis and Richard Kent Mathis. Both died when young adults. You could go to Melber, Ky and anyone there could direct you to Owens Chapel Cemetery. I was originally from Graves County, Ky, but have been in NC for forty-one years. I am a published author and writer and you could find the WORSHAM/WASHAM FAMILY HISTORY in the libraries at Mayfield, Ky or Benton, Ky(Marshall County) if interested.
