» More From The Times-Picayune Obituaries News SENTER, BILL H. 07/14/01 Bill H. Senter, a retired bus driver with the Jefferson Parish school system, died Thursday at Veterans Affairs Medical Center. He was 80. Mr. Senter was born in West Virginia and lived in Gretna for many years. He was an Army veteran of World War II and was a prisoner of war. He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, the Lions Club, the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion. Survivors include his wife, Ruth Richardson Senter; two daughters, Toni and Amanda Senter; and a grandchild. A Mass will be said today at 12:30 p.m. at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 West Bank Expressway, Harvey.
