I have all the documentation to support the fact that it should be Q. The marker has obviously been replaced, given its condition and the date of death 1903. According to the gentleman who maintains the website, someone by the name of Clyde Hart probably was the one responsible for replacing it, using his own money during the 1970s. So my question is... How can I go about having the marker corrected? Can I simply contact a local monument company and have them do it? If so, could anyone recommend a trustworthy company? I live too far away to investigate myself. Thank you, Kevin Arnold http://arnold-history.org I would think since it would just take adding a simple slash to the O to correct the problem, that you could contact a local monument company and they`d be able to send someone out to easily correct the problem, unless there`s more than that that needs fixed, such as changing a date. Shouldn`t be too costly either. Shelli
