    2. First, can you find out who the gentleman is put the replacement headstone in? Is it possible that the picture just makes it look like an O instead of a Q? I have not seen a picture of the marker but is it brass or stone? Brass markers cost anywhere from $600 to $750 to have made plus you have to pay a small fee to have them installed, depending on the city and cemetery. Stones cost much more. I know. I had to pay for a marker to be put on my mother's grave about 3 years ago. The simplest thing, I would think would be to go to the sextant of the cemetery or write and have a correction put in the cemetery records or a notation.
