    2. Phyllis A Raker
    3. Roslyn.....thanks for your offer to do this look up. In Henry Co......what do you see for SHELTON............ You'll probably find Nathaniel and Ann Ross Shelton.......... They are not a direct line..... but dates if you see them. Brickwall with Sheltons is Frederick...................might you see a cemetery listing for him? Was on the 1840 census of Owen Co., then disappears from the tax lists in mid-1840's. (Had son William Hayden Shelton in Owen Co. in 1839) Frederick - according to census - was born bwt. 1810 and 1820. This man did not leave a paper trail (that I have found!!) I suspect that Nathaniel and Frederick might have a connection......BUT I have been unable to find it. Phyllis Counts Raker

    3. Priscilla, Would you have any marriage, death or burial records for a Mary Magdalene Bray (maiden name). She is my great grandmother and we have been searching for information on her for forty-some years. All we know is she had my grandfather (James Edmond Bray) out of wedlock in 1866 by a man named Edmond Kelly. My grandfather was raised by Mary Magdalene's twin brother Hillary Adrian Bray. Mary Magdalene was born in 1845 and the last census she shows up in is the 1860 Daviess Co still at home with her parents. Any information would be appreciated. Bob Brey
