Rosannah Fugate d July 1893 in childbirth was married to john M. Smith, who 6 months later married Sylvania Fugate , Rosannah's 1st cousin. John and Sylvania are both buried in the Smith cem, formerly known as Fugate Smith cem across the road from the Noble Neace cem off HWY 15. I went to Ky and searched each stone and little rocks that could be markers and found nothing. Would love to find a death cert to see if it tells where she is buried. She is my g grama Rosannah and this was her 1st child, so sad. Any advice will be greatly apreciated!! Judi

Excuse me, but I AM ALLOWED to put information on this list for the benefit of others and I hope that others will continue to send info to the list for the benefit of all. Would the list owner for this site please email me off-list? Thank you, Sandi Whitty
Dear List Members, I have been watching this conversation and still feel that it is in the framework of our list. Our list is regarding deaths and burials in KY. If one of our members is willing to go the extra mile for you and pick up death certificates for those who need them, I have no problem unless she is making a profit. From what I see of the prices, there is no profit intended. If this changes, I will stop this conversation, but at this point I am just considering it helping one's fellow researchers for the cost of the item or not going in the hole financially. I know that some of you are concerned about this becoming a business for the volunteer. Know that I am watching it and that I feel the member who volunteered to do this is truly thinking of helping her fellow members. If you feel it is causing you to much e-mail, I am sorry. This list is to help, sometimes that means there will be flurries of e-mail when a subject is of importance to many. I appreciate your understanding of of my decision regarding this.
