Kutyba, 82, Eveningtide Avenue Apartments, Altoona, died Wednesday afternoon, Jan. 14, 2004 at Bon Secours Holy Family Hospital. She was born June 26, 1921, in Lilly, daughter of the late Albert and Dorothy (Grove) Nagle. She married Joseph J. Kutyba Sept. 28, 1940 in Coupon. He died Aug. 25, 1964. Mrs. Kutyba previously had worked for Valley View Home as a nurse's aide. Surviving are three children: Barbara Boggs, Joseph and wife, Nancy, all of Altoona, and Virginia Haines of New Cumberland; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; a brother, Homer and sisters, Betty Lou Melhorn and Peggy Marie Melhorn. Friends will be recieved from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Friday at Stanley J. Krish Funeral Home Inc., 1204 17th St., Altoona. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, 2004 at the funeral home by Father Brad Baldwin. Interment at Blair Memorial Park, Antis, Township.
