Kittie NOLAND, who was arrested Tuesday near Independence avenue and McGee street for robbing Frank HUBER, was fined $50 in police court yesterday morning on a charge of vagrancy and given two hours to leave the city. When the officers tried to arrest her she jumped out of a second story window and hid under a sidewalk.
