I am not sure of the year, I would guess 1940s. The picture states he is 22 months old, 35 inches tall, weighing 30 lbs. He is pictured with a woman that I assume is his mother. I also have a family photo with Charles, mother and father. His father has military uniform - I would also guess 1940's. I would like to reunite the photos with family.
