    3. Hi all , Here in North Carolina. My connection is through my Great-Grandparents - Harris and Dora Frankel. I am not sure how they ended up there - but I do know they remained for many years. I believe my great grandfather had a store there - but not sure. My Great - Grandmother, Dora died in 1906 of pu tuberculosis and Daniel Brothers Funeral Home took care of it. It lists her address on this certificate as 401 Kansas Ave - I am sure it is known as a different street name - but have not located it yet. *I had hopes when I had the name of the funeral home - however, the records prior to 1951 were lost in the flood of that year. I also have the graduation certificate from my grandmother when she graduated from Whittier Junior High School in 1919 (I Believe also known as 'the Junior High School'). I hope to one day find out more - about my family and their years lived there. Thank you to all - and to John for all you do to make this information sharing possible.
