I believe 1997 forward. Prior to that, they are microfilm and you would need to contact the paper about getting those. You did not say what years you were looking for. As far as Wyandotte County goes, I know the Wyndotte County Historical Society has many old records and obits in their archives. I was looking though them last week myself. Hope this helps.
