"The Kansas City Times" (Missouri) Tuesday, October 8, 1907 A REMINDER OF FRONTIER DAYS. H. N. SMITH was arrested in Argentine yesterday afternoon on a charge of disturbing the peace. SMITH entered Frank McCULLOCH's lunchroom with a shotgun, and after forcing McCULLOCH to leave, he wrecked the furniture and threw the dishes into the street. Then with his gun within reach he sat on a stool in front of the place until the police arrived. SMITH and McCULLOCH had quarreled over a bill. ====================================================== (I have no connection with this family but I'd appreciate knowing if you found this posting helpful.) johnobrien@kc.rr.com ======================================================
