G. GIVES A FLAG. Flags are to be placed in every church in Kansas City, Kas. The first was presented last night by officers of the Kansas National Guard under the direction of Maj. Karl KAPKA to the Washington Avenue Methodist Episcopal church. The Grand Army of the Republic, Veterans of Foreign Wars, relief corps and American Legion attended. The Rev. G.
