"The Kansas City Times" (Missouri) Friday, April 15, 1921 WON'T ORDER JITNEYS OFF. Judge Frank P. SEBREE, president of the park board, will draft a resolution limiting the use of the boulevards by bus lines. Mr. SEBREE indicated yesterday that the purpose of the resolution is to put the board on record as unfavorable to the use of the boulevards to future motor bus lines. "While we are not prohibiting the use of the boulevards to the jitneys," Judge SEBREE said, "we do not want the bus owners coming before us later with the plea that they thought the board favorable to the jitneys.
