I believe he died in Wyandotte county, probably lived in Muncie at the time of death. He was born in Indiana in 1868 and died sometime in the early 1960's because I know he was in his 90's when he died. His wife's name was Nannie. He was a justice of the peace in Muncie in the 1950's.
