The only close match for Annie and Carl Degraw is in the 1895 Kansas State Census for Kansas City Ward 3, Wyandotte County, KS. HOWEVER, they give birthplaces of the U.S. I don't know whether, from your posting, they were born here or not. I can tell you that sometimes immigrants also lied about their places of birth. It says they traveled from Missouri to Kansas. So I looked in the 1880 US census in Missouri. I'm sure it's the same couple. This time Anna's birthplace is listed as Sweden. They have two additional older children. The descendants can probably be traced on Ancestry.com. I found one of the children in the 1900 census in Kansas City, KS.
