Mrs. DELAHAY has lived in Wyandotte County for the last 50 years. Besides Mrs. FLECK she is survived by another daughter, Miss Carrie DELAHAY, of the same address. Funeral services will be at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the home. Mr. PERRIN's chief cause for resigning his position as vice president of the company is ill health. He will still be connected with it as a stock-holder, however. The firm is one of the best known in the West, and has for its president E. L. MARTIN, the railroad and distillery magnate. It will be conducted under the same name as heretofore.
