Julius LABES sold his beautiful farm on Ash Creek last week to Samuel FAIRBANKS, of Austin, Minnesota and will give possession some time in October. Mr. and Mrs. LABES have lived on Ash Creek for a great many years and have always been king and helpful neighbors and the best wishes of this community go with them.
