The Washington Republican Washington County Friday April 3, 1896 Mrs. Charity McMAINS, age 86 years died at her son's home in this city, April 1st of old age. Her funeral was held in the Christian church yesterday at 11 a.m. conducted by Rev. FRANKLIN. She was the mother of ten children, six of them living. Her body was taken to Iowa for burial, her son Samuel accompanying it from here.
