Linn.--Services will be at 9 a.m. Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church at Greenleaf in Washington County for Mrs. Catherine AUSTIN, 82, who died Tuesday at her home at Linn after a short illness. She was born March 6, 1883, near Palmer and spent all her life in the Linn and Palmer communities in Washington County. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church at Greenleaf. Survivors include two sons, Col. Charles Austin, Washington, D.C., and Ira W. Austin, Eskridge; two daughters, Mrs. Edna DAMMAN, Portland, Ore., and Mrs. Katherine HAPP, Linn; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Burial will be in the Palmer City Cemetery. Austin Funeral Home at Eskridge is in charge of arrangements.
