Does anyone know of a genealogist I could hire to look at the naturalization records in the Washington County District Courthouse, in Washington, Kansas? I have written to the courthouse and they did not find records for John A. Carlson. However, they sent a list of the ten Carlsons on the index, with volume and page, but no date.
