Day born 24 April 1866 in Putnam Co., Indiana, moved with his family to Douglas Co., Illinois about 1875. Nathan is the son of William Brown Day and Louisa Fry, they married 31 January 1850.. They had 12 children. Amanda C. b. 5 Nov. 1850 married Robert Kellum Louisa J b. 11 October 1852 married T.H. Rightsell Thomas Jefferson 3 August 1854 married Mary Fry John Montier b. 28 April 1857 married Florence Coltharp James Polk 3 April 1859 Married Dolly A. Mahaney Charley Crawford b. 1 February 1861 married Mary Ellen Rideout Lawson E. b. 4 January 1863 Nathan E. b. 24 April 1866 William Brown Jr. b. 13 July 1867 Mary Ellen Rideout ( after his brother died) Ullyssis Grant b. 11 October 1870 married Clista Rideout ( sister to Mary) Lenora Alice b. 20 December 1873 died 1 August 1874 in Indiana If anyone knows anything about Nathan K.
