JOHNSON was up from Little Blue township Monday. Mrs. Belle COOK is at Hanover this week visiting her daughter, Mrs. WELLS. Ed. AYRES and family have returned to this city and will make this their home again. Frank BARNES whose home is in Iowa, visited his father and sister, a few days this week. Mrs. S.F. NESBIT is enjoying a visit with her daughter in Highland, leaving for there Saturday. J.B. WHITNEY, when he is not working at the printers' business is studying medicine with Dr. GILSTRAP. Mr. and Mrs. A.H. STOUT went to Haddam on Saturday evening's train to spend Sunday with friends.
