Thomas MERREL is no better and little hopes for recovery. Mr. Merrel will be sadly missed, a kind and obliging neighbor, never speaking ill of a neighbor where he could speak no good. Mr. and Mr. Charles SOWARD of Douglas county, are rejoicing over the brith of a son, born March 2.
