Their daughter Annettie moved to Clark Colorado and married Frederick Akhurst in the early 1890's. I have histories I would like to share in exchange about other Stimits living in Kansas. ================================ I am not a descendant but am researching FREDERICK AKHURST's older brother EDWARD W. AKHURST who moved to Coaticook Quebec. EDWARD married my Great Grand Aunt FLORENCE ALMEDA SLEEPER b. Stanstead County Quebec who was my Great Grandfather's sister. The AKHURST genealogy I have found online incorrectly lists FLORENCE as having been born in Eltham but both she and her parents (WRIGHT SLEEPER and PHILINDA COLE) were all born in Stanstead County, Quebec, Canada. Found the following census records for this couple and ANNETTIE lists her birth place and that as her parents inconsistantly. Would love to get her information.
