Found the following list for him in the WaKenney Cemetery; BILLINGS John W. 1881 1962 Father Same stone as: Bertha E. B - 1 BILLINGS Bertha E. 1890 1986 Mother Same stone as: John W. B - 1 Am wondering if he was the son of Anna E. Jones and Nathan Billings. They had a son John born about the same time in Kansas, but he lived in Red Willow Co., NE for a time with his mother and stepfather, John Notley. He is in the 1900 census there with them. He also had a brother Herbert and a sister Emma (who I've lost track of), and a half-brother, Earl I. Notley.
