The Topeka Daily Capital Tuesday January 11, 1966 Carl C. Higgins. Services will be at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home for Carl C. HIGGINS, 57, Route 8, who died of a heart ailment Sunday in a Topeka hospital. Burial will be in West Lawn Memorial Gardens. He was born Feb. 25, 1908, in Logan County, Ark., and had lived in the Topeka community nine years. He was a stone mason. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Analou Higgins, of the home; five sons, Michael Higgins, Patrick Higgins, James Higgins, and David Higgins, all of the home, and Glenn Higgins, 3811 W. 7th; 11 daughters, Mrs. Deloris GRUBB, Aurora, Colo., Joan Higgins, Lynda Higgins, Janis Higgins, Caroline Higgins, Ranya Higgins, Sandra Higgins, Naomi Higgins and Donna Higgins, all at home, Mrs. Patsy ATWELL, Tulsa, Okla., and Mrs. Wynema JACKSON, Ada, Okla; a brother, Otis Higgins, Henryetta, Okla.; two sisters, Mrs. Mae ROBINSON, Henryetta, Okla.; and Mrs. Agnes STARKEY, McLouth, Okla.; and four grandchildren.
