The Topeka Daily Capital Tueseday January 18, 1966 Fe Waters. Fe WATERS, 4712 W. 6th, died Monday in a Topeka hospital. She spent most of her life in Topeka. She lived at 815 Lindenwood before she moved to the Presbyterian Manor. She was member of the First Presbyterian Church. A nephew, Joseph A. WATERS, Houston, Tex., survives. Hack-McMichael Memorial Home is in charge of arrangements.
