The Topeka Daily Capital Tuesday January 18, 1966 J. Van Gampolard Dies Here at 88. Mrs. Julia Van GAMPOLARD, 88, 1026 N. Kansas, died Monday in a Topeka hospital. She was born Sept. 22, 1877 at Tescott in Ottawa County and had lived in Topeka 50 years. She was a member of the Pentecostal Church. Her husband, Peter Van Gampolard, died in October 1960. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Alvaretta HARRIS, Wichita; a brother, Joe DISNEY, 3206 Colorado; a sister, Mrs. Susie HELFRICH, 228 Courtland; six grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Davidson-Eslinger-Duff Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
