(Red) BRUNK, 61, 620 Hancock, who died shortly after arrival Friday at a Topeka hospital. He suffered from emphysema complicated by a type of pnemonia. Burial will be in Rochester Cemetery. He was born May 2, 1904 in Davis County, Iowa, had lived in Topeka more than 30 years. He was a member of the Baptist Church, Painters Union No. 96, in Topeka, Siloam Lodge No. 225, AF&AM, and Elks Lodge No. 1410 at Miami, Ariz. He was a paint contractor. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Marie M. Brunk, of the home; a son, Billie Brunk, Los Angeles, Calif., and a brother, Charles Brunk, Buffalo, Mo.
