SPENCE, 74, Muskogee, Okla., formerly of Valley Falls, who died Sunday at a Muskogee hospital after a long illness. Burial will be in Valley Falls Cemetery. He was born at Valley Falls, the son of John and Margaret Spence. He served two years in the Navy during World War I. He lived the past 40 years at Muskogee, Okla., where he owned and operated service stations. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Eva LYLE, Denver, Colo., and Mrs. Vivian SHEETS, Muskogee, Okla.; a son, John Spence, San Jose, Calif.; two brothers, Percival Spence, San Diego,Calif., and Raymond Spence, Sparks, Nev., and five grandchildren.
