The Topeka Daily Capital Sunday January 30, 1966 B.M. Bowman Dies at 87; Rites Tuesday. Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Wall-Diffenderfer Mortuary for Benjamin M. BOWMAN, 87, 5400 W. 7th, who died Saturday at a Topeka hospital. He was born Dec. 12, 1878 at Versailles, Mo., and had lived in Topeka since 1954. He was a conductor for Pacific Electric Railway Company of Los Angeles, Calif., before he retired in 1948. Suvivors include his wife, Mrs. Enola H. Bowman, of the home; a son, Rea Bowman, Route 5; and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Sam Bowman, McFarland, Calif. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Prairie Lawn Cemetery at Wellington.
