Lawrence.--Services for Ray James KNAPP, 73, Lawrence, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Christian Assembly Church here with burial in Perry Cemetery. He died Wednesday in a Lawrence hospital. A resident of Lawrence since 1951, he was born July 22, 1892 in Jefferson County. He was retired yard worker with the Santa Fe Railway, and was a veteran of World War I. Survivors include his wife, Faye, of the home; two sisters, Mrs. Lula GORRELL, Olathe, and Mrs. Cecile OLIVER, Zillah, Wash.; and one brother, Leonard KNAPP, Perry, Kan. Mr. Knapp will lie in state at Rumsey Funeral Home here until noon Friday.
