Funeral will be at 9 a.m. Friday at Holy Name Catholic Church for Mrs. Olive Clara PORTER, 94, 1237 Clay, who died Monday at her home. She was born July 6, 1866, at Rock Springs, Wyo., and had lived many years at Scranton before coming to Topeka to live with a daughter. Mrs. Porter belonged to Holy Name Catholic Church. Surviving are two sons, Hugh R. Porter of Farmington, Mo., and James R. Porter of St. Louis; two daughters, Mrs. Edna Pearl CROOK, of the home, and Mrs. Ethel POUPENEY of St. Louis; 11 grandchildren, and 32 great-grandchildren. The body will lie in state from 2 to 9 a.m. Thursday at Brennan Funeral Home. Rosary will be at the funeral home Thursday by the parish at 7 p.m. and by Daughters of Isabella at 7:30 p.m. Burial will be at Scranton.
