The Topeka Daily Capital Friday November 9, 1951 Mrs. Harriett Wilson. Mrs. Harriett Sturgis WILSON, 72, died Thursday morning at her home, 328 Chandler. She was born January 25, 1879, in Rossville. She had made her home in Shawnee County most of her life. She is survived by three sons, Gary and Arthur STURGIS, both of Waukegan, Ill., and Glen STURGIS, Topeka; a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth MONTGOMERY, Kansas City, Mo.; a brother, Ezra COOPER, Topeka and seven grandchildren. The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, with burial in Topeka Cemetery.
