The Topeka Daily Capital Wednesday February 6, 1952 Philip Scudder. Philip SCUDDER, 71, Ottawa, Ill., died in a Topeka hospital Tuesday night. He was born March 29, 1880, in Swift City,Ind. Mr. Scudder was a retired carpenter for the Santa Fe Railroad. He is survived by four sons, Gale and George Scudder, both of Ottawa; John Scudder, Chicago, Ill.; and Lloyd Scudder, Danna, Ill.; two daughters, Mrs. Clarence KLINE, Dwight, Ill.; and Mrs. Chris BURKART, Streeter, Ill. Burial will be in River View Cemetery, Streeter, Ill.
