The Topeka Daily Capital Saturday November 10, 1951 Francis C. McClain. Frances Campbell McCLAIN, 89, of 407 Ward, died late Thursday night in a Topeka hospital. He was born September 8, 1861, in Platte County, Mo., and moved to Topeka from Sabetha to make his home with his daugther, Mrs. Mabel Clelland. His wife died April 24, 1948. Besides his daughter, he is survived by two grandchildren, Mrs. Dwight Glenn and Walter Clelland, both of Topeka; five great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Lucy Hoskinson, Cement, okla., and a borther, E.D. McCLAIN, Los Angeles. The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the Wall-Diffenderfer Mortuary, with Parker's Mortuary in charge. Burial will be in Oneida, Kan.
