The Topeka Daily Capital Saturday November 10, 1951 Elmer G. Bennett. Elmer G. BENNETT, 67, Topeka barber, died Friday morning in a Topeka hospital. He was born March 16, 1884, in Culver, Kan., and moved to Topeka from Osage City eight years ago. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Florence E. Bennett of the home, 2056 Clay; four sons, Forest D. Bennett, Beatrice, Neb.; Charles L. Bennett, Portland, Ore.; E. David and Robert D. Bennett, both of Topeka; three daughters, Mrs. Irvin Pope, Union, Colo.; Mrs. Floyd Tefft, Omaha, Neb.; and Mrs.Louis Stonequist, Topeka; 11 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Osage City Methodist Church, with burial in Osage City Cemetery.
