The Topeka Daily Capital Tuesday April 7, 1936 Scheel. Elwyn SCHEEL, former Topekan, died Sunday at his home in Emporia. He was a nephew of Mrs. Charles STARTZMAN of Topeka. Funeral services will be Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at Emporia.
