The Topeka Daily Capital Wednesday April 5, 1961 W.R. GLICK. Services are pending for W.R. GLICK, 67, of Route 6. He died Tuesday in a local hospital after a short illness. Born Aug. 26, 1893, at Summerfield in Marshall County, Mr. Glick lived in Topeka for 20 years. he was an electrician and retired about one year ago. He was a member of Kansas Avenue Methodist Church and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. he was past president of the American War Dads and was active in the work carried on by that organization in the Veterans Administration Hospital. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Zola Glick, of the home; two sons, Howard L. Glick of Bellaire, Tex., and Wilbur Glick, Jr.; of Santa Fe Springs, Calif.; a daughter Mrs. Pearl Grave LEWKOW of Panama City, Fla.; six grandchildren; his mother, Mrs. Effie J. Glick of Madison and three sisters, Mrs. Grace HEIL, 1342 Wayne, Mrs. Martin SCHOTTLER of Emporia and Mrs. Bill LORTS of Downey, Calif. Wall-Diffenderfer Mortuary is in charge.
