The Topeka Daily Capital Saturday November 10, 1951 Rent Control Official Dies of Heart Attack. Don Ward SEALE, 42, field representative of the Office of Rent Stablization, died unexpectedly Friday morning after suffering a fatal heart attack at his hotel. He arrived from Chicago Wednesday to assist in setting up a federal rent control office in Topeka. He had complained of not feeling well Thursday night. He had been associated with the federal rent control setup for six years, first at Dallas, and later at Denver, where he maintained a home. He was transferred to the regional office at Chicago two weeks ago. Mr. Seale is survived by his wife and two children in Denver. The body will be taken to Denver for funeral services and burial.
