The Topeka Daily Capital Wednesday October 5, 1960 Mrs. England, 86, Dies Here; Rites Thursday. Mrs. Clara Dee ENGLAND, 86, of Route 4, died Tuesday in a Topeka hospital after a long illness. Born June 1, 1874, in Kansas, she lived in Shawnee County since childhood. She was a member of the Christian Church. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Anita DAVIDSON, 2420 Maryland, and Mrs. Freda ROGLITZ of Wheat Ridge, Colo.; three sons, Lester J. ENGLAND of 312 E. 6th, Winfred W. ENGLAND of Route 4, and J. Boyd ENGLAND of Route 4; three sisters, Mrs. Deva YOUNG and Miss Effa GRISWOLD, both of 408 Ohio, and Mrs. Edna SMITH of St. Joseph, Mo.; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the McMichael Memorial Home with burial in Bethel Cemetery.
